Each answer is evaluated for whether the brand appears within the measured prompt, model, and date set. - **Citation rate**: The percentage of tracked AI answers that cite at least one URL on the brand's domain: `(answers citing the brand's domain / all tracked answers) × 100`. It measures source inclusion, not whether the brand name appears in the prose. - **Sentiment**: Gauge analyzes the actual answer text from every tracked prompt across every model and classifies the tone used to describe the brand as positive, neutral, or negative.
