Track Branded Prompts with Gauge

Today we're launching Branded Prompts inside Gauge.
A non-branded prompt is the kind we've always measured. Something like "What are the best AI SEO platforms for reporting, monitoring, and visibility?" The KPI is visibility: how often your brand gets mentioned when the model decides who to talk about. Example from our own workspace: 16%.
A branded prompt flips that. You tell the model who to talk about and ask for its opinion. "How does Gauge help companies do AI SEO?" Visibility on a prompt like this is always 100% by definition. The model has to talk about you. The interesting question becomes how it talks about you.
How they're handled:
Because branded prompts are guaranteed to mention you, they would distort visibility scores if rolled in with everything else. So they're excluded by default from rankings and citations.
How to create them:
Adding a branded prompt is the same flow as adding a non-branded one. Click the Branded toggle when you add it. The Gauge agent is also fully aware of the distinction and will create branded prompts alongside non-branded ones when you ask it to expand your prompt set.
Why they matter:
Branded prompts are the engine behind our new Sentiment Analysis feature, which launches in tandem. They give you a direct read on how AI describes your product to buyers who already know your name, and what lens the model takes when those buyers ask about you specifically. Customers using this in beta have already turned it into a source of content roadmap input.
